Who we are

SAT PATH (सत् पथ) is a weekly Hindi newspaper from Durg–Bhilai, Chhattisgarh (RNI CHHHIN/2008/26619), edited by Vibha Singh. This website, satpath.in, is the paper’s daily desk and Thursday e-paper.

What we collect

If you create an account we store your email and the name you give us. If you pay for the e-paper, Razorpay handles the card, UPI, or net-banking details. We keep the payment id, plan or issue, amount, and the access period — not your full card number.

If you use the contact or advertise form we store your name, email, organisation (if given), and message. We also record basic readership events (story opens, e-paper opens, ad impressions) so the desk can see what was read.

Why we use it

We use this information to run your account, deliver the e-paper you paid for, answer enquiries, measure the audience, and keep the site secure. We do not sell reader lists.

Who else sees it

Payments go through Razorpay. The site is hosted on Vercel. Reader and story data sit in our Supabase project (Mumbai). If Google Analytics or AdSense is switched on, Google receives the usual browser data those products collect. Complimentary access is granted only by the publisher on the desk.

Cookies and login

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember English or Hindi. The site will not work properly for subscribers if those cookies are blocked.

Your choices

Email satpath2009@gmail.com to correct your name, close an account, or ask what we hold. We may keep payment records that the accounts need even after an account is closed. This site is not aimed at children.
