Digital goods
The e-paper is a digital edition. After Razorpay confirms payment, access is meant to open at once. Because of that, refunds are not automatic.
What you bought
Monthly access runs 30 days. Annual access runs 365 days. A single-issue purchase is only that Thursday’s PDF. These periods are prepaid and do not renew until you pay again.
When we do not refund
We do not refund because you finished reading early, changed your mind after opening an edition, or let a plan run out. Complimentary access is not a purchase and has no cash value.
If you paid but cannot open the paper
Write to satpath2009@gmail.com with the Razorpay payment id and the email you used at checkout. The publisher can grant access on the desk. That grant is how we put a failed checkout right; it is not a cash refund from this website.
Complimentary and revoke
The publisher may give or take back complimentary access. Paid access is revoked only for fraud, a charged-back payment, or serious abuse of the account.
Invoices
SAT PATH does not issue a GST invoice for website e-paper checkout at present. Keep the Razorpay receipt Razorpay emails you.
